- acted as insurance coverage counsel in several high-profile Canada-wide class actions, including an exhaustive analysis of the applicability of insurance clauses, exclusions or endorsements in the Quebec jurisdiction.
- advising national and international insurers on their insurance products prior to market launch, reformulating policies to comply with changes in the legislative framework and take account of emerging risk factors in the marketplace.
