Job description
Our firm is looking for a transactional and corporate associate to expand our management team and provide relevant experience to existing lawyers.
Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit, keen to develop and supervise existing professionals, the ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years’ experience and already have a good client base in corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, securities and commercial law.

Job description
Gascon is looking for a real estate and commercial lawyer to join its growing and dynamic team.
As part of your duties, you will represent the interests of financial institutions, creditors, real estate developers and SMEs, including preparing real estate financing and partnerships. You will take part in negotiations relating to purchase offers, development agreements and construction contracts, while maintaining direct contact with customers. In addition to negotiation skills, the person we’re looking for must have excellent writing skills.
The incumbent will work with customers to contribute to the success of their projects, while playing an integral part in every stage of real estate development. As part of this support, the incumbent will also be called upon to incorporate companies, prepare corporate documents in connection with financing, and draft shareholder or company agreements.
