Catherine joined the firm first as an articling student and then as an associate. Her practice focuses on real estate and corporate law, particularly in setting up partnerships and real estate financing with both financial institutions and private lenders. She is regularly involved in financings involving the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
During her university career, Catherine studied at the University of Adelaide in Australia as part of a student exchange program focusing on corporate law. She also obtained a certificate in Chinese law from the China University of Political Science and Law, and completed an international training course in Brazil on various legal issues related to information technology. Thanks to these experiences, Catherine has been able to deepen her knowledge of business law and information technology law.
In addition to completing her internship, Catherine earned a Master’s degree in Business Law – Financial Products and Markets option at Université de Montréal.
