Gascon would like to congratulate Devimco Immobilier, a leader in Montreal real estate development, on its acquisition of the building located in the heart of Montreal’s emblematic Golden Square Mile district, home to the prestigious Club Sportif MAA. Devimco Immobilier intends to develop a major real estate project, located on Peel Street and valued at $150 million, which will include over 300 residential units spread over 33 floors, of which 45,000 square feet will be allocated to Club Sportif MAA, all in the spirit of revitalizing the sports club.

As part of this $30 million transaction,^Me Jean Proulx and^Me Louise Bouchard had the privilege of assisting and advising Devimco Immobilier in the preparation and negotiation of the offer to purchase, as well as in the finalization of the sale transaction.
