Erected on a 400,000 sq. ft. site on the edge of the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, and representing one of the largest sites still available for real estate development in the city’s downtown area, Prével intends to develop, in partnership with Ipso Facto, real estate investment, a major mixed-use, inclusive project that will enable the cohabitation of residential, office and retail buildings to be built over a period of 7 to 8 years. Located on the quadrilateral of rue Sainte-Catherine, boulevard René-Lévesque, rue Parthenais and avenue De Lorimier, the project will feature a mix of uses and clienteles, as well as a focus on eco-responsibility.
