On April 20, in the midst of a pandemic, Harden completed a major real estate transaction, becoming co-owner of a commercial building in downtown Montreal. This co-ownership acquisition by Harden followed the exercise of a “shotgun” clause between two partners. Harden will now bring its expertise in real estate management and development to bear on increasing the value of this real estate asset.
