^Mr. Robitaille advised the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec in the implementation of two financings in the respective amounts of $10 million and $15 million in connection with the acquisition of land for the development of residential real estate projects of 486 condominium units and 1102 rental units to be built in Quebec City. As part of these mandates,^Me Robitaille provided advice to the lender, completed due diligence on the project and the parties involved, and prepared the required securities.
