The Gascon team is proud to have participated in the establishment of a partnership between two well-known players in the Montreal real estate scene, Dev McGill and KnightsBridge, for the realization of the Tak Village residential project, which will bring together condos and townhouses in a green village in the booming Rosemont district. Our real estate development team, led by Audrey Robitaille, also represented the partners in their negotiations with the municipality and their financing, while advising them on various co-ownership issues.
