This mega residential project of more than 15 million square feet, represents currently the most important residential real estate project of the City of Terrebonne and will be developed over a number of years. This large-scale transaction, which required a substantial due diligence and strategic legal advice, was negotiated during more than a year before it was finally closed. Gascon\u2019s team assisted the consortium Mathieu-M\u00e9nard in all of the steps leading to this acquisition. Gascon continues to play an important role in all steps of the development of this mega project.
