As part of its mandate, Gascon\u2019s real estate team was also required to obtain the release of the seller\u2019s obligations towards the construction lender and prepare all legal documentation relating to the sale.<\/p>\n\n<p>Because of the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, all the transaction documents\u2014including the notarized deed of sale and the documents relating to the financing issued by a major Canadian bank\u2014were executed remotely.
