The Superior Court of Quebec, presided by the Honorable Pierre Nollet, J.C.S., affirmed that serious allegations of physical violence\u2014significant enough to jeopardize participant safety\u2014justified the athlete\u2019s exclusion from the provincial championships.<\/p>\n<p>This ruling underscores the vital importance of preserving integrity and safety in sports, while confirming the effectiveness of the Federation\u2019s policies and procedures.
