After several rounds of revision by both parties, the offer was finalized and executed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our team then carried out thorough due diligence in collaboration with the client\u2019s officers, including a review of the title deeds, off-title searches, analysis of the certificate of location, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gascon &amp; Associates then prepared the deed of sale along with several ancillary agreements.
