The acquisition included a balance of purchase price, with provisions for full or partial repayment by mid2025.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction raised several issues, notably environmental matters. Negotiations on the parties\u2019 undertakings and the mechanics of the partial repayment spanned several months and required close coordination with partners and lenders.
