  3. D&O Coverage Arbitration<\/strong> \u2013 Counsel to an offshore insurer in an arbitration concerning directors and officers liability coverage.<\/li>\n
  4. Cross-Border Defence Advisory<\/strong> \u2013 Advising a multinational insurer on duty to defend and allocation of defence costs in Quebec, in connection with litigation initiated outside the province.<\/li>\n
