Before joining Gascon in 2026, Valentin practised at a boutique business law firm affiliated with an accounting firm. There, he developed a solid experience in commercial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions and intergenerational business transfers. Now a member of Gascon’s Business and Corporate Law team, he advises entrepreneurs and businesses on acquisitions, sales and reorganizations, as well as the negotiation of commercial agreements.<\/p>\n
Acting for both buyers and sellers, Valentin coordinates every stage of a matter, from due diligence and financing to the negotiation of the principal documents. His understanding of business realities enables him to identify issues quickly, move matters forward efficiently and help his clients make informed decisions at critical moments.<\/p>\n
Valentin places his clients’ business objectives at the heart of his approach. He provides strategic guidance throughout their transactions, taking into account their circumstances, priorities and the issues specific to each project.
