Marie-Chantale Dub\u00e9 joined the Gascon team in 2018, after starting her career with a traditional notary’s office. Her practice focuses primarily on real estate law, where she has developed expertise in title examination, the drafting of title opinions and various legal instruments such as servitudes and declarations of co-ownership.<\/p>\n
Marie-Chantale is also involved in the preparation, drafting and closing of numerous real estate financing files and sale and acquisition transactions, including the drafting of real and personal property security interests and deeds of sale.<\/p>\n
His experience in real estate law and his knowledge as a notary have enabled him to participate in several major projects within the firm.<\/p>\n
