Her practice focuses on real estate and corporate law, particularly in setting up partnerships and real estate financing with both financial institutions and private lenders.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining the firm, Roxanne practiced civil and commercial litigation, specializing in the\u00a0law of obligations, civil liability and insurance law with a Montreal-based firm.
