In particular, she is involved in drafting closing documents for a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings and tax and commercial reorganizations. She assists lawyers with preparations and revises minute books. She prepares for clients and the firm&#8217;s lawyers all the documentation required in mandates for incorporation, organization, amendment, dissolution, rollover and other share transactions. She has extensive experience in business law.
