Catherine joined the firm in 2024 as a real estate and commercial lawyer. Her practice involves working on a variety of cases, including real estate transactions and financing with private and institutional lenders.<\/p>\n

Before joining us, Catherine worked at a boutique law firm specializing in business law. In this context, she was involved in several mergers and acquisitions of private companies.<\/p>\n

Catherine completed her bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Montreal. During her studies, she also had the opportunity to study at the University of Bologna in Italy as part of a student exchange program, and then at the China University of Political Science and Law.<\/p>\n
