Her practice involves working on a variety of cases, including real estate transactions and financing with private and institutional lenders.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining us, Catherine worked at a boutique law firm specializing in business law. In this context, she was involved in several mergers and acquisitions of private companies.<\/p>\n<p>Catherine completed her bachelor&#8217;s degree in law at the University of Montreal.
