Yanni joined Gascon et Associés in 2024.

After beginning his career at a firm specializing in litigation, Yanni expanded his skills by working for a major Québec real estate investment fund. With this diverse experience, he decided to fully commit to private practice by joining our firm, bringing with him his solid expertise in real estate law and construction law.

Yanni earned his law degree from the University of Aix-en-Provence in France before moving to Montreal to further his knowledge and obtain a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Montreal.

At the firm, Yanni works closely with various departments on complex litigation cases involving multiple areas, including insurance law, real estate law, and construction law.

When Yanni is not in the office, you can find him on the volleyball courts or hiking on a trail.
