Gascon’s team, led by Nicolas Lanthier with the collaboration of Joannie Jacques, acted as legal advisors to one of Québec’s largest institutional lenders in connection with a construction financing of more than $65 million for a condominium, residential rental housing and seniors’ residence project located in Montréal, which will include more than 700 units in total.

Gascon’s team prepared the documentation required for the financing and put in place the security in favor of the lender.
