Gascon’s team, with the participation of Nicolas Beaulieu and Bruno Fraticelli, was closely involved with putting in place a new partnership for the development in 4 phases of a new real estate project at 184 Eardley Road in Gatineau. This new partnership was the result of discussions and negotiations that went on for more than one year. This transaction included many complexities related to the fact that a new partner was embarking into a real estate project for which the development had already started. In order to realize this transaction, it required much skill and sensitivity to come to conclusion on the purchase and sale of interest held by certain partners, on modifications to the ongoing partnership and on the financings granted to the partnership.
