Ms. St-Amand Séguin joined the Corporate Services Department in October 2023. In particular, she is involved in drafting closing documents for a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financings and tax and commercial reorganizations. She assists lawyers with preparations and revises minute books. She prepares for clients and the firm’s lawyers all the documentation required in mandates for incorporation, organization, amendment, dissolution, rollover and other share transactions. She has extensive experience in business law. Prior to joining Gascon, she worked in various law firms, where she acquired expertise in estate, tax and corporate law.
