Antonina focuses her practice on financing and the acquisition of real estate assets and businesses in the commercial and industrial sectors. She acts primarily on behalf of lenders and financial institutions in secured financing transactions. She is involved at every stage of transactions, from structuring through to closing, and participates in the preparation, negotiation, and implementation of transactional documentation and security interests, as well as the coordination of various stakeholders.

She also has experience in tax and estate planning. She participates in establishing various trust structures, as well as in the liquidation and settlement of estates.
