Ms. Zakher works in the Corporate Services department, preparing the documentation for the incorporation and organization of companies, as well as for amendments to articles of association, mergers and corporate restructuring. She is regularly called upon to audit company files related to asset and share purchase and sale transactions, as well as financing operations. Additionally, she maintains and updates corporate books and coordinates with government institutions regarding corporate matters.
