Gascon’s team, with the participation of Nicolas Beaulieu and Bruno Fraticelli, represented the interests of Harbour as lender in putting in place a financing in the amount of $129,765,900 granted to Les Immeubles Jardins Radisson Inc. This financing allowed Les Immeubles Jardins Radisson Inc. to purchase 5 buildings totalling 624 residential units and 2 commercial units, located on Radisson Street in Gatineau, as well as to renovate certain units in the buildings. This financing had to be disbursed in very tight delays and included certain complexities related to the fact that the purchaser also obtained a financing by the vendor pursuant to a balance of sale guaranteed by a subordinated hypothec on the properties. Gascon congratulates Harbour as well as all other participants in this important transaction.
