Jonathan Hodes and Katherine (Kate) Daniels-Addison Join the Litigation Team
As part of this expansion, lawyers Jonathan Hodes and Katherine Daniels-Addison are joining Gascon’s litigation team. Mary Delli Quadri, a partner at the Montreal office, is pleased with the arrival of these two new members and highlights their strategic contribution to the team. “The presence of Jonathan and Katherine will not only strengthen our litigation expertise but also establish a strong national foundation for our firm,” she says.
Jonathan Hodes brings over 25 years of experience in litigation and mediation, representing clients in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and elsewhere. With a broad ranging insurance practice that involves both coverage and the defence of claims, and court experience in several provinces and territories, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, his expertise in cross-jurisdictional litigation and dispute resolution is a valuable asset to Gascon & Associates.
Katherine (Kate) Daniels-Addison is a civil litigation specialist who appears before the courts in British Columbia and Washington State. She manages complex personal injury cases and property damage disputes, often involving cross-border issues, and her experience in insurance on both sides of the border is invaluable to her clients.
