Marie-Pier has been working in the legal field since 2012 and has been practicing as a corporate paralegal since 2016.

Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in corporate and transactional law. Her practice includes assisting with corporate and tax reorganizations, amalgamations and acquisitions, as well as a variety of corporate transactions. She also assists with the review and maintenance of corporate records and provides support at various stages of a corporation’s existence.
