Mary Delli Quadri is an experienced commercial and insurance litigator. Over the course of her career, Mary has also acquired considerable experience in errors & omissions (E&O) and directors’ and officers’ liability. She has many years of experience as defense counsel for insurance brokers, advisors and financial planners. She has also acted on coverage issues on behalf of Canadian and foreign insurance companies in construction law disputes involving professionals such as architects and engineers.
A rising star in the Benchmark Litigation Canada 2020 ranking, Mary excels in her ability to defend her clients’ interests in complex cases before the courts of Quebec and Ontario. She has also distinguished herself in international arbitration, defending players in the aerospace industry in high-stakes disputes.
As a speaker, university lecturer (at McGill and Université de Montréal), vice-president of the Mass Torts Specialty Litigation Group of the Defence Research Institute (DRI), and active member of the committee in Quebec since 2013 within the PLUS Professional Liability Underwriting Society), Ms. Delli Quadri has a wealth of experience to draw on in her legal practice. She was also named a Future Star in Dispute Resolution by Benchmark Canada in 2020, and recognized in 2023 by the Lexpert Legal Directory in Commercial Litigation and Insurance.
