Ms. Masson practices in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

She has particular expertise in complex corporate reorganizations, and is regularly involved in large-scale transactions involving the purchase and sale of companies, partnerships and venture capital financing.

She advises various types of companies at every stage of their development, whether on their corporate structure, operations, transactions or corporate governance.

Ms. Masson represents companies in a wide range of sectors, and is involved in negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements. Ms. Masson is the driving force behind the Startup G program for start-up and growth companies.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, she regularly gives workshops and lectures to small and medium-sized businesses, sharing her expertise in business law.

She is also a member of the Association des femmes en finance du Québec and of the Common Investment Committee of the Fonds d’investissement PME MTL Centre-Est.
