Ipso Facto Investissement Immobilier and real estate developer Omnia, two leading players in the province’s real estate landscape, have recently entered into a partnership for the development of the Éli Condos project. This project, located in the heart of Montreal’s Quartier des Spectacles, calls for the development of an 8-storey semi residential building comprising 81 condo units and commercial space.

Concurrently with this partnership, Ipso Facto has also financed the Théâtre Snowdon project, to be developed by Omnia to revive a Montreal heritage building in the heart of the Côte-des-Neiges – Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough.
