Roxanne joined the firm in 2023. Her practice focuses on real estate and corporate law, particularly in setting up partnerships and real estate financing with both financial institutions and private lenders.

Prior to joining the firm, Roxanne practiced civil and commercial litigation, specializing in the law of obligations, civil liability and insurance law with a Montreal-based firm. She has also gained experience in taxation with one of the world’s leading accounting firms.

In addition to her membership in the Quebec Bar, Roxanne holds a Juris Doctor in North American common law from the Université de Montréal, as well as a Master’s degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke.
