Gascon’s team, with the participation of Nicolas Beaulieu, Catherine Demers and Catherine Ramsay-Piérard, assisted Group Live in its new real estate project on the north shore of Montreal. Gascon’s team was closely involved in the negotiation of this new partnership allowing the realisation of a new residential project in Blainville, in the market of the north shore of Montreal. Gascon was involved in many facets, including putting in place a new partnership with new partners and putting in place agreements for its development and management. Gascon’s team was retained with the principal purpose of bringing strategic advice and a broad experience in real estate partnerships. Gascon congratulates Group Live for this new project.
