“Catherine joined the firm in 2024 as a real estate and commercial law associate. In her practice, she is involved in various types of cases, including real estate transactions and financings with private and institutional lenders.

Before joining us, Catherine worked at a boutique law firm specializing in business law, where she played a key role in various mandates related to mergers and acquisitions of private companies.

Catherine completed her law degree at the University of Montreal. During her studies, she also had the opportunity to study at the University of Bologna in Italy as part of a student exchange program, as well as at the China University of Political Science and Law.
