Gascon’s team, with the participation of Nicolas Beaulieu and Catherine Demers, was closely involved in the negotiation, acquisition, partnership and financing of the project Alta Vista in Terrebonne. This mega residential project of more than 15 million square feet, represents currently the most important residential real estate project of the City of Terrebonne and will be developed over a number of years. This large-scale transaction, which required a substantial due diligence and strategic legal advice, was negotiated during more than a year before it was finally closed. Gascon’s team assisted the consortium Mathieu-Ménard in all of the steps leading to this acquisition. Gascon continues to play an important role in all steps of the development of this mega project.
