Gascon’s team, with the participation of Nicolas Beaulieu, Catherine Demers and Catherine Ramsay-Piérard, assisted Group Pilon in its new real estate projects on the south shore of Montreal. Gascon’s team was closely involved in the negotiation of new partnerships allowing the realisation of new residential projects in the market of the south shore of Montreal. Each of these projects included a different structure and different partners and Gascon was also involved in assisting in the financing of one of these projects. Gascon’s team continues its involvement with Group Pilon at each stage of its development in bringing them strategic advice.
