Maïka Dion-Test joined the Gascon team in September 2023. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate law. Her expertise covers a wide range of financing and acquisition issues.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) with honours on the Dean’s List, Maïka went on to earn a Master of Notarial Law (LL.M.) with distinction.

Throughout her academic career, Maïka has also demonstrated her commitment as an active member of the university’s cross-country and track and field teams, where she has proudly represented her school. University record holder in the 600 m run, she distinguished herself through her discipline and determination. Qualities she also applies to her legal career. Maïka is also involved with the Clinique juridique de l’UQAM, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting access to justice.
