We are particularly proud to have supported Ipso Facto, real estate investment, in establishing an investment company dedicated to supporting UTILE, a non-profit organization in the housing sector.
The purpose of this company is to facilitate the acquisition of land and to support the pre-development phase of projects led by UTILE. It will help address a key financing challenge in the development of non-market housing.

We are honoured that our firm was able to lead this innovative partnership, strengthening land acquisition opportunities for new housing projects. Me Audrey Robitaille, partner, together with several members of the firm, advised Ipso Facto in the establishment of this company.
