Audrey Robitaille has been a partner at Gascon since 2019, after joining the firm as a student and articling student in 2011. She specializes in real estate and commercial law, where she stands out as a strategic advisor and negotiator, particularly in the context of complex development projects, strategic partnerships, and financing negotiations.

She advises companies on the acquisition and sale of properties, the implementation of development projects, and the establishment of strategic partnerships for real estate developers and investors. She also actively advises financial institutions and private lenders on land, construction and long-term loans. Her experience extends to telecommunications providers and data center operators, where she negotiates master service agreements (MSAs), service and colocation contracts, licenses, source code escrow agreements, and IRU agreements, while overseeing issues related to security, confidentiality, and technological infrastructure.

Audrey is also the partner responsible for marketing and communications at the firm.

She regularly shares her knowledge through conferences on real estate financing and development and is actively involved in the community. Her volunteer work includes serving on the Board of Directors of Scleroderma Quebec, previously on the Board of the Collège Charlemagne Foundation, and for five years, on the Young Ambassadors Committee of the Institut de Développement Urbain du Québec (IDU) – Montreal, where she contributed to the creation of IDU’s first mentorship program for young real estate professionals.
